Paolo & Francesco, their vibes, their cuisine, their style.

Paolo is from Ariano Irpino in Campania, Francesco is from Trinitapoli in Puglia. They met in Riccione, north of Italy working in restaurants during the summer holidays. They’ve built on their skills and their friendship since 2006.

Fast-forward a few years, after many adventures, travel and hard work they have made their dream true : opening a restaurant together.

You can find Paolo behind the bar with his shaker and a big smile on his face. His passion is mixing flavours to find the balance you’ll love. Come and try any of the cocktails on the list, you won’t be disappointed!
